What to expect on your return to High Brow HQ!

 

Over the last few weeks, it’s safe to say we have been through a rollercoaster of emotions. From being told beauty can open one minute to realising we were on the list of people who in fact could not. At times it’s been utterly heart-breaking, but as a team we have pulled together & we are nearly there. Last week, when the news came in less than 24 hours before stating we were again unable to open – this was devastating to ourselves & the entire industry who had prepared their salons, booked in their clients & in our case ordered a truck load of welcome back balloons.

We are now preparing to reopen again on the 15th & have been working super hard to make sure all your appointment needs are covered. We have as ever been making sure the salon is ready for you to visit & enjoy your treatment. Below are a few of the restrictions/changes that will be in place when you return.

1 – PPE for all staff. If you do have your own mask we encourage you to bring this with you.

2 – New signage in the salon giving clear guidelines for clients in terms of where to go & advising you to wash your hands prior to your appointment.

3 – One in One out system! We kindly ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Not early if this can be avoided as we will ask you to wait outside.

4 – Clients are asked to wait in the car, we will call you to advise when to enter the building.

5 – Contactless payments only – no cash please!

6 – Sadly no hugs, handshakes or magazines. Refreshments will not be available either unfortunately this is to reduce the risk of contamination. You are able to bring a drink with you through.

7 – Treatment rooms will be sanitized thoroughly before & after each treatment. Single use equipment will be used.

8 – Hand sanitising facilities are available in every space & should be used before & after treatments.

9 – Clients have been informed via Treatwell to reschedule appointments if they are unwell & will be asked to reschedule appointments.

10 – Additional health questionnaires will need to be completed by clients prior to treatments.

We appreciate this is a lot to take in – but it really is for your safety
